  • Reduced millage last year and held it level in 2020

  • Solved Plantation Bay's water quality issues
  • Established the 1st County Leadership Academy
  • Developed a strong team to address and handle the COVID-19 pandemic
  • Avoided "gap borrowing" at the beginning of the fiscal year, a move that saved taxpayers $50,000
  • Increased the General Fund reserves
  • Recovered more than $2M in Medicare funds
